Every Oriflamme is backed by the manufacturer. Here's what's covered and how to file a claim.

Not covered
- Shipping damage, accidents, misuse, or alterations and repairs by others
- Incorrect installation, including fitting another manufacturer's top
- Normal fading, staining and weathering, including stains from lotions or oils
- Rust from scratched, chipped or poorly maintained exposed metal
- Damage from fire, wind, rain or sun
- Fire glass discoloration from unreasonable use
- Commercial or institutional use (residential coverage only)
How claims work
- Register your table (or have proof of purchase ready — original purchaser only).
- File a claim online, by phone at 1-800-445-4559, or through your dealer.
- Get authorization before returning anything. For covered claims, Oriflamme arranges freight pickup.
